Delete your account

If you're signed in

Open Settings, scroll to Danger zone, and click Delete account. Deletion runs immediately and removes:

• your users/{uid} document and all its subcollections (library, watch paths, discoveries, etc.)
• your public profiles/{uid} record
• your username reservation, so it's available for someone else
• every follow record where you're the follower or followee
• your Firebase Auth account

Anything you posted before deletion that is keyed to a global title (claims, public ratings) is removed too. Bridge notes you generated for your own paths go with the path.

If you're no longer signed in

If you can't access your account but want it deleted, email us from the address you originally signed up with and reference this page. We'll verify and process the deletion within 30 days, in line with applicable data-protection law.

What we keep

We retain anonymised, aggregate analytics (e.g. "X paths generated this month") that don't identify you, and any data we're legally required to retain. Email send logs are kept for up to 90 days for delivery troubleshooting; everything else is removed at the time of deletion.
